Annual Conference Paris 2012
The Paris conference will provide a backdrop to the launch of the Emerging Trends in Real Estate Europe publication, a joint project undertaken by ULI with PwC. This will be the ninth edition of the report and will provide an overview of European real estate investment and development trends, real estate finance and capital markets, property sectors, metropolitan areas and other crucial real estate issues.
The 2012 Emerging Trends report will represent a consensus outlook for the future reflecting the views of more than 600 individuals who completed surveys and/or were interviewed as part of the research process. Interviewees and survey participants represent a wide range of industry experts—investors, developers, property companies, lenders, brokers and consultants.
